We account for landing time, hotel changes, actual transport, walking and activity intensity, required reservations and the energy cost of moving between places.
What needs booking first?
Important decisions are placed on a practical timeline instead of buried in the itinerary.
What local systems will cause friction?
Practical notes follow the destination: payment, maps, internet and trains in China; transport passes, luggage forwarding and reservations in Japan; transit cards, intercity buses and map apps in South Korea.
Can the plan help during the trip?

Is the itinerary created entirely by AI?
No. Trawoa may use intelligent tools to support research and organisation, but every paid itinerary is reviewed and refined by a human before delivery.
Why should I pay when I can use AI for free?
AI can generate ideas, but it may overlook distances, opening days, reservation requirements, unrealistic pacing and transport risks. Trawoa focuses on a practical, geographically sensible journey that is ready to use.
Do you book hotels and flights for me?
We research and recommend suitable options, but travellers complete and manage bookings directly with the relevant provider. This keeps control of payments, cancellations and changes with you.
Can you make restaurant reservations?
Full Trip Planning includes assistance with up to three straightforward restaurant reservations where supported. Success depends on availability and the restaurant’s policies.
What counts as one revision round?
One revision round is one consolidated list of changes submitted together. Major changes to the destination, dates, budget or overall route may require a new quotation.
Can I upgrade after purchasing a Trip Review?
Yes. Where more extensive changes are needed, you may upgrade to a Personalised Route or Full Trip Planning by paying the confirmed difference.
Are booking prices guaranteed?
No. Hotel, flight, rail, activity and restaurant prices and availability can change at any time. Recommendations use the information available during planning.
Do you provide support during the trip?
In-trip support is not included unless explicitly stated. Additional travel support may be purchased separately when available.
